Can I take several different supplements at once?
Yes, every Roex supplements is designed to work synergistically with other Roex supplements. However, when taking Lysine Proline and Oleuropein, we suggest taking them 3-4 hours apart as they have particular ingredients, which may temporarily counteract the other.

How long do I need to take the products before I see results?
With some Roex products you will probably notice a difference almost immediately, but most supplements will be reintroducing lost vitamins and minerals and cannot be felt right away. Please be patient and consistent with taking your supplements.

How many do I need to take?
Please consult the Serving Size sheet attached with your order or review the product labels. If your Roex Account Manager has recommended a specific serving size for you, be sure to make a note of it on your product bottle or Serving Size sheet so you don’t forget. If you have additional questions, please contact your Roex Account Manager.

Do I have to take them exactly as the directions say?
The directions are suggested based on the Daily Value requirements established for certain vitamins and nutrients. Please note that these are the minimum daily values and some individuals may require more daily servings on a regular basis.

Why do I have to take so many?
Each Roex product is uniquely designed to address certain functions and structures of your body as well as address years of nutritional deficiency. Many people have many areas of the body that require additional nutrients in order to function properly so there is no single tablet or capsule that can do all things to all people. If there is one out there that claims too, beware!

I am having trouble swallowing some or all of these tablets or capsules, what should I do?
Separate your servings and take throughout the day or you can break, crush or grind your supplements so they are easier to ingest or can be mixed with liquids. Roex also has many products available in powder forms. Please consult with your Roex Account Manager for further details.

Do I need to take these every day?
Yes, consistency is required to address in some cases, years of nutritional deficiency. Taking the supplements regularly on a daily basis will help ensure they work faster and will help you set a daily routine for taking your supplements.

What if I miss a scheduled serving of my supplements?
Take the products when you first realize you may have missed and continue as you normally would on the following days.

Are there any special storing instructions for the products?
Please review the product labels. Some products may require refrigeration in order to help preserve freshness. However, most are simply required to be stored in a cool, dry place.

Should I stop taking these if I feel better?
We recommend that you continue to take your supplements on a regular basis to ensure you get the daily required servings your body needs to maintain proper health.
